Great back and bi’s day! I started with some assisted pull-ups to get my lats warmed up, then moved right into bent over rows, and then rack deads. I just started doing them before the holidays, and my strength has improved, as well as my back thickness. I followed up with cable and one arm db rows, overhand and underhand lat pulldowns, and some shrugs to finish. I only did some cable bar curls today, as time was short. I finished with 25 min on the stairmaster. Rest day tomorrow. Have a great Tuesday!
