Question!! So I'm currently doing keto.. I've dropped several pounds since starting, but I'm also losing muscle mass. Once I'm done cutting the fat percentage out i want, what is a good suggestion for food moving forward? I tend to overthink things.. do more people do macro counting for muscle gain? Do people just stick to a general guideline of Clean eating? What does your diet look like and how often do you lift onxe you start to gain/ build lean muscle after cutting fat?? I'm so lost.. any help would be much appreciated! I recently discovered I have borderline high cholesterol.. its really freaking me out! Thank you fit fam!!

The new morning runs have zapped the energy out of me, so i didnt hit anything yesterday. Today is hump day, but i needed to catch up with arms and back! Fully expecting to hump when i get home though. 😉💪🏽💯

Boom Boom. Need just 140K and have 4 days to get it to make month's goal. Started the Year off strong, but felt it heavy today. Almost pushed it to 400K. Was rolling and ran out of time. Make yourself better today by staying Fit FitFm.
