Enough of excuses this is the time i go for it today starting a 30 day ab program and starting a beginner weight training program. Im 46 now fed up of starting and stopping want one last bash of trying my hardest. Any support greatly welcomed as i train alone. Thanks all

65/84-BFL 2021 Challenge. 56/300-WOs in 2021 so far FALL IN LOVE WITH THE PROCESS OF BECOMING THE BEST VERSION OF YOURSELF. Know what you want to achieve each day. Then focus on that. Today I wanted to mostly score a 90% or a 95% score of my peak Heart Rate for my age. Scored 90% on 2 Sets and 95% on 2 of the 5-Sets! Tomorrow I will focus on a new goal for Leg day and will focus on that.
