Happy hump day, yesterday’s workout was short but sweet 😉glutes and core. I must say, I can see some improvement in my glutes but now need to shred some core fat😜

Good day guys….. hope you are all well? I would just like to know what you guys think. Do you guys cut sugar out of your diet when you try to lose some fat? Or is it ok to have sugar if it’s still in you daily calorie intake for example 1500 calories a day?
