REDUX ... Back and Traps Day at the gym! I started a back and traps day yesterday ... Ran out of time. The make up today was a great session ... Pushed hard ... Hit some good PRs! Versa Grips are my best friends! The back! ➡️And the lats (with a gut 🤦) ➡️A goofy traps photo.🤪 ➡️ The traps themselves! Shrugged the 100s today ... Versa Grips! ➡️ Oh .... And the quads decided to show up today! (They always do on non legs days!) ➡️ I did a set of 22s for our Vets and those suffering from depression. I am always around if you need an ear. 👂🙏 Please be kind and supportive. 🤗 You could be someone's best day ever! People ... Please follow the rules ...
