Leg day: After nursing the torn hamstring for months, I hoped to make it back to 200 lbs. on deadlift today. Didn't quite make it yet, but I'll get there. 😉 Running first surely didn't help. 🤣

25000 deadlifts later (hamstrings) leg day …. Well abs decided to show …. It was a leg day. My routine this month has no abs exercises. Time to relax…. Happy Sunday!
