Old School. Overhead carry. Snatch and press and walk. 53 pound solid steel billet (A machine shop in Asheville NC made this for me. Chromed afterwards, in another shop in Asheville NC). You will need a fire extinguisher afterwards. I press against the plate walls as if to tear the bar apart. Put this on your to-do list. Or get a bar and make this the start of a home gym, then in short time you’ll be “Headin’ out to the highway” (Judas Priest).
