I have been M.I.A for a hot minute! But i am back! Motivated and determined to lose my depression weight gain! Shedding 38 lbs by the end of the summer! That is my goal! Any advice is welcome! Thank you for your support ohana!

I think this is the first time in a very very long time that fasting has stopped me from working out. Not sure why, but it's definitely hit me hard this year. Hoping to get back in the gym or in the boat next week 😅
