Tuesday 11:00 AM to 1 PM, light sled (325), elevated hands on trap bar handles push ups, pullups palms facing forward. 6:00PM - 7:20 PM, in order, reverse flyes pec dec, fat rope high pulley bent-forward pull downs, sitting high pulley wide grip bar pull downs, trap bar back focus deadlifts, DB side laterals, DB front raises, bb upright rows, closer DB shrugs. (Synopsis: 4 back - 5 if pullups in the early afternoon considered, 3 shoulders, 1 trap.)
