Hi Everyone! I did a quick metcon workout , 30 sec cardio, 1 min strength intervals this morning. Then walked to the store (2 miles round trip only) and got my girls each a donut and some other things. Today I am going to Bratfest with my oldest. They have some local bands there that I like, and some yummy bratwurst. 😁 Hope you do something fun today! Have a great one! 🌞

🐦🌄 Early-Bird Iron, With Brian: A Spot Of Horseshoe Crafting, With Tricep Pull-Downs. 🐎🧲 Following In The Runlet Of My Other Exercises, The Rope Pull-Downs, I've Likewise Cut In Half, From My Previous Peak Of 50lbs. ⚖️⏬🌗 As You May Have Already Guessed, I'm Actually Using The Lat Station To Perform These, As This Provides Greater Range Of Motion, Than The Traditional Triceps Pulley (And Consequently, Requires Only Half The Weight). 💡 Also, I Find The Rope Grips To Be The Best In Getting Full Contraction Of Said Muscle Group, Esp. Helpful When Performing These With Light Weights, Slow Form, & Incorporating Isometrics Towards The Bottom. 🐢🕰️👇🏾🤚🏾 The Dynamic Stretching Between Sets As Always, Helps Keep The Mind-Muscle Connection Solid! 🧠⚡🗿👌🏾 Have A Wonderful Memorial Day Weekend, & God Bless! 🇺🇸
