Seven weeks ago when I stepped on the scale at my checkup, it read 195 pounds. I have always vowed to not get above 200. I was feeling like crap every day, feeling sick after eating almost everything, and was just stuck in a rut. My two goals that I set for myself was 1) lose 20 pounds and 2) tone up. I tracked everything I was eating and drinking and found that like most people, it was complete garbage that I was eating and I was also a bored snacker. I ate just because I had nothing better to do. I have been eating healthy since the appt and have been snacking on healthier options (popcorn, sliced veggies, greek yogurt) rather than skittles, sour patch kids, etc. Goal 1 was accomplished this morning. Goal 2 is in the works. Waiting to get dr clearance about my wrist before I can start again. Happy hump day!!!

I did it i couldnt wait any longer bought a power tower......also i take the bus around town to get my errands done well im saving to buy a nice bike gonna be on my carbon foot prints so i can get extra calorie burn in....at one point in my life after i sold my car i walked every where...im not that close to everything but im not far from everything either....well here comes the massive triceps pump from now on. Looking forward to it. The fasting was a little tuff im thinking about skipping fasting and putting the spot light on building muscles more then anything and hitting my goal slow and steady. Dropped a pound from fasting. Which is nice. But fasting isnt really making me hit my goal fast enough for what id like. So turning into a lift alholic is what im gonna try this month...i mean im shaping up very well that im am very happy how spining has turned out. My legs look pretty good my tummy is in check some days i wake up and have like a baby two pack and its comforting. I think my big part is im older know working out not younger so i dont lose weight as fast. But i can tell yeh what for as big as i am i definitely shaped up quite well and if i continue to shape up ill look pretty decent just really need my arms to build up i mean baby guns forsure. Gonna buy a few body building books and mens health books for the read to pass my time after lifting. Reading on book by mens health right now big book of sex. And not to sound weird but i thought i wass doing fine then it turns out everything im doing is hurting my battle buddy. Lmfao tmi. Haha. Happy holidays fitfam.
