Good evening fit fam. It was shoulders, traps and abs today on the Monday gym ticket. Supersets and one 4 station circuit. One addition. One substitution. Did: 4 sets of two arm seated DB shoulder press, 4 sets of Hammer Strength behind the neck leverage press, 4 sets of front alternating DB raises, 4 sets of machine lateral raises, 4 sets of DB shrugs (20 rep sets on those), 4 sets of face pulls, 100 weighted bench crunches, 100 weighted cable crunches, 100 weighted oblique crunches, 120 lying leg raises and one 35 second dragon flag hold. Strongest lifts today were on the behind the neck press and the shrugs. Biggest challenge was doing it all with a pretty good sunburn! A little too much fun in the sun this past weekend.
