I've been mia for a while. Took a alittle vacation and spring happened while I was gone. So much to do around the ranch its kinda like working out hahaha but not really. Started back up this week. Hit my chest hard. Two days later i'm still sore, but its a s good sore!

So first sesh on the program was ok....got shoulders back upto 40kg/88lb so happy with that, bicep curls back to 15kg/33lb dumbbells gonna have to tackle the 17.5kgs lol... lats 80kg/176lb, low row cable 52kg/114lb, rack pull, barbell row 55kg/121lb and bench 35kg/77lb. EZ bar bicep will go up took it easy as i haven't done this for years... so happy where i am but i know where i can go..so Boris dont even think about shutting the gyms again. Time for more food then a nap didnt sleep great last night... Minxy 😈🇬🇧🐾
