Another week flies by as FF rolls around once again 💪🏻😊. Although a flimsier flex and lower weights week as needed, the focus turned to cardio with a good run every day 🏃‍♀️💯, even with is mishaps and spills 🙃🚴🏽. I’ll admit that the week has had its highs and lows, though more of the former than the latter, and a truly bright light is now heralding the way ahead 🙏💫. That balance is real, but the positives always outweigh the less than ideal times …. life is to be lived as designed and intended ☯️🎁. Have a great Friday and weekend - stay safe, strong and always keep your dreams front and foremost.
