that long workout spill was something i written up for a good friend super beginner .. i have learned alot through my many years. and one thing is, trying new workouts learning a thing or 2 from each workout, and over time the main GOLDEN MINE hit is when you LEARN ABOUT "YOUR OWN" BODY and from there you can give your body what it need, treat it how it need to have the results you desire!

I DON’T DO MY WORKOUT SCHEDULE BY CALLING THEM THE DAYS OF THE WEEK(EXAMPLE: Monday is chest, Tuesday is back). DEPENDING ON YOUR EVERYDAY LIFE SCHEDULE YOU CAN START WITH WHATEVER DAY OF THE WEEK IS BEST FOR YOUR DAY 1. I would aim to complete all four muscle groups (4 days straight) which are Arms: day #1, chest and shoulders: day #2, legs and glutes: day #3 and back: day #4 with only 1 “rest day” and then back to day #1 and keep it going. If you feel your body really needs another day off then take it. One big thing is listening to your body. Even though we want to push ourselves we have to listen to our bodies at some point. (being sick or just way too **** exhausted) if you end up taking a day off in the middle of your workout week. Just carry on where you left off when you get back in the gym with normal workout sessions. No need to try and over compensate for a missed day.
