Let's get after it on YouTube with this intense 4 minute tabata abs and obliques workout with a yoga ball! All you need is a yoga ball so you can do this follow along workout right at home or at the gym. Tabata is a form of high intensity interval training (HIIT) that helps you burn more fat while still being able to build lean muscle mass. The intervals are set up as 20 seconds high intensity followed by 10 seconds rest and repeated for a full 4 minute circuit. You can use this workout as a 1 circuit finisher or perform 4-5 rounds to maximize core training volume. Go build those abs and obliques with just a yoga ball Aliens, no limits!
