It wasn’t pretty, but I completed my first run in a long time. Running used to be my thing. I ran every race I could from 5K to 1/2 marathons. I was never crazy enough to do a full. I have battled ACL and terrible Plantar fasciitis for years. Plantar fasciitis hasn’t hurt in awhile, so I thought I would give it the old college try. Wish I could be the runner I once was.
