Got some major decisions to make in the very near term. Weighing pros/cons and i catch myself thinking “how will this affect my ability to get in my workouts?” Whatever path i choose there will be time reserved for working out. It may mean a new membership in a purple gym as filler, but if so, so be it!

Get after it with this EZ bar arms workout on YouTube with me! This routine will help you build your bicep and tricep muscles with only an EZ bar. Do this circuit in a tabata HIIT format using the intervals of 20 seconds high intensity followed by 10 seconds rest and repeated for a 4 minute round. You can use this circuit as a 1 round finisher to burnout your biceps and triceps at the end of your arm day or you can do 4-5 rounds resting 45 seconds to 2 minutes and 15 seconds in between rounds depending on your experience level for a full volume arms workout.
