Cycling for the ACL/MCL partial tear and still making gains on legs, also lat pulls and band pulls and curls, and of course 50lb DB pr3ss and curls!! Happy Tuesday!! Off to take my kids to the park! Family is everything. Fitness and aesthtics is so temporary! Please pray for my friend Lou he has to get fitted for a prosthetic leg today, hes a strong man tho!! 🙏🏻🙏🏾💪🏻💪🏾
