I would have gone lighter on the fat calories only I did not know beforehand how much fat was in the salad I got out the vending machine at work. I got 165g of protein tracked so probably a little more than that. I had a slice of pizza before work because I slept a while and did not have 90 seconds to cook the minute rice before work like I wanted nor could I chew the slice of pizza I had because I was in a real rush. I had about 4 scoops of whey isolate and half a venom energy drink so when I tracked some of the stuff I just went by the calorie amount. Not ideal, but hopefully tomorrow will be better.

Warzone with the lying leg press amd a weight tree a LITTLE too close to each other. It hurts. Probably wont be able to open my hand tomorrow. Pushed through upper body with it today. 🙌
