Self Love is and always will be the cure for Self Hate. Love yourself even if the word doesn’t. Love yourself when you’re not at your best, love yourself when you’re down and feel out. Love yourself when you’re on top of the world and everything is well. Just remember to have Self Love because if you wait for external validation, external love. Either your Love tank will never truly get filled or You will suffer fraudulent syndrome because the world will force you to live and care about someone who is t the person that stares back at you in the mirror. I love you all no matter how much the world tells you that you aren’t loved. Have a great day my friends!

Missing Saturday’s lifting of Bench Press 1x5 @ 135, then 5x8 at 115. Good mornings 3x5 @ 125. Pull ups 4x5. DB front raises 4x15 @ 15. Push ups 4x12. Drag curls 4x13 @ 35.
