Good evening fit fam. Chest and triceps today on the mid-week lunch crunch X-press. Strength and isolation, both. Did: 4 sets of Hammer Strength decline leverage press, 4 sets of steeply inclined DB press, 4 sets of steeply inclined DB flies, 4 sets of cable iron crosses (facing the machine), 4 sets of cable crossovers, 4 sets of lying Svend Press (on a slight incline), 4 sets of overhead triceps rope extensions (low and leaning forward) and 4 sets of two arm DB triceps kickbacks with a hammer curl finish. Happy numbers or today were: 180 lbs x 10 on the decline leverage press and 125 lbs x 10 on the cable crossovers. Not my best, but not bad. Very pleased with today's productivity and pace.
