You should be proud of yourself, regardless whether your exercise is worth anyone's attention or not. This is not about breaking record. This is not about bragging rights. Only 24% adults are meeting the CDC guidelines for physical activity for aerobic and strength. That means there's about 200M Americans who are mostly sedentary, barely doing anything to stay healthy. (And I apologize if you live in a different country and I don't get to stratify representation). What Im saying is this, what you started, and what you're doing is something good. You deserve that kudos! Your posting here is not insignificant, even if you don't feel like your posting. Give yourself a break. Give yourself a pat in the back. This is not easy. It is much easier to stay in bed. It is much easier to watch TV. Your posting here allows you to stay in focus because we're not only watching you, we are applauding you. We are in this together.

Quick workout this morning…..chest, tris and cardio…..fasted till 2:00pm today to try abd kick start back into keto. However, it probably will not be until Sunday that i hit it since i ate all those carbs yesterday:)
