As we are angry, our body shows it. Every cell of our body is either resistant or allowing healthy changes to occur. Finding some compassion for ourselves and others by being kind towards both. UPDATE: Hubby and I hit the gym today. Switched things up from my usual dumbbells on upper body day. Did cable pulls and pushes plus manual back extension and manual Z-bar standing concentration curls. Added bonus body weight hanging leg extensions for one set.
