A morning Delts and Traps Day! I tried a new routine from a buddy of mine ... I also want to see boulders!🙏 Grow, babies, grow!💪🤣 I also got my booster shot yesterday ... The Delts held up well. ➡️New exercises ... I'll feel these in the morning! ➡️ I did a set of 22s for our Vets and those suffering from depression. Please be kind and supportive. 🤗 You could be someone's best day ever! People ... Please follow the rules ... All the time!😷 Always RACK YOUR WEIGHTS! 🏋️ Do a set for the cause, would ya?!
