16 hour fast only black coffee and water, Day four without energy drinks and alcohol I’d be lying if I told you this was easy because it is a lot harder than I ever imagined. Hope everybody has a great day stay strong and no pain no fear.

Stranģe. My knee tendon had been sore then indoor rock climbing really agrivated it. So, today I do a "light" leg workout, painfully. Now, NO PAIN!
