Worst pain in a while. Sleeping when stressed grinded my teeth than woke up to me dislocating my jaw.....I guess I learned my lesson twice now too wear the mouth guard lol. Putting it back into place sucked lol.

Decided it was the right time of the day after work to hit both back and biceps at the new gym. 45 min completed. Trying to decide to either hit chest and triceps on Thursday morning or Friday. I'll let it be.
