It was a hot day in Central California ... 97f/36c ... So I decided to hit the pool! Refreshing! I didn't go into the gym ... But I'm starting a personal challenge ... 100 Squats with a Hex Bar (it weighs 50lbs/22kg). I'm on day 3. I'm hoping to add all of my plates over time (I only have 80 lbs). But I figure that if I could easily squat 130x100 reps ... I might have some quads later this summer! ➡️I did a set of 22s for our Vets and those who suffer from depression. People ... Please follow the rules ... All the time!😷 Now GET YOUR COVID SHOT💉(I did!) ... GO WASH YOUR HANDS! 🧽🖐️🖐️🖐️🖐️🖐️🖐️ Still WEAR YOUR MASK! (Even after getting the shot) 😷😷😷 DON'T BE STUPID.... CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF ... And for Pete's sake ... STAY SAFE! #stayinplace 🇺🇲 #iostoacasa 🇮🇹 #ficaemcasa 🇵🇹 Do a set for the cause, would ya?! It's a good thing!
