…can’t tell you how muxh better i’ve felt wit a little “fasting” in your life. get it kickd up in the morning and ride out till late evening. the hard lifters talk protein protein protein. sure won’t deny the fact of protein synthesis and cell structures and all that good science in our body BUT are we really meant to consume such high amounts? i think not. back in the day tribes consume meat on special times. animals worshipped bcuz of what they gave back to the soil to create life. in ancient sumeria records of individuals living hundreds of yrs. we’ve lost track of truths over time skewed by “ innovation” ignorantly thinkin we can best the past. sometimes its good like it was and doesn’t need to be changed. our modern day society is but a blip in time and somehow we think we’ve made evwrything better. it’s all about longevity. its what we have to be after. not the short term goals. gettin ready for the beach or ya buddy wedding. its gotta be long term. lets be in it for the long haul. wise decisions. eat yo greens. train smart. lets keep gettin it💪🏻💪🏻
