No gym, but went out dancing with the girls for my sis birthday, I’m sure it counts for cardio 😬. My feet are now killing me its been a while since I wore heels but did feel my thighs burning so thats good. Get your workouts in everyone 👍😎.

I am not sure what is going on in the world right now but holy he## we need a reset. From the environment being out of wack to digression of rights. We are in a serious backslide.
