Everything was annoying me this morning, I was stuck in "Rainbow Land" where I make up scenarios that haven't happened yet and then get mad about them (definite character flaw lol) But I got my *** in the gym and put all my frustration and anger into the weights and felt 20 times better when I was walking home! $10 a month for therapy is pretty good ; )
