An active rest day (If there is such a thing!)
I decided to play with some of the lapse time options on my phone.
In this first collage photo, I'm doing my 100 squats this morning (time lapse has me doing them in 4 seconds ... Reality five minutes!) Then tonight, I did a kettlebell routine from @coachmandler
where you start on your knees, then hop onto your feet, then take the kettlebell, drive it over your head, bring it down and sit back onto your knees ... Do that three times per side; then six kb swings and lastly, six kb deadlifts. It took me two tries to get the transition down (didn't know if my hips could take it!) Lapse time ... 11 seconds (reality ... Three minutes). It looks like I'm celebrating a "Hallelujah"!
I wish I had a little more energy!
