I was on a roll and then i started a new and wonderful relationship. This caused me to eat out more and become a whole lot busier. I fell off track for a few months but my motivation is back and better than ever! I cant wait to see what im made of!

Bis and Tris Day Day with the new routine. This is an AM/PM split routine. This is the PM side. It was a long session ... Over an hour, but I had the time to spare. I used my BFR bands and I got an incredible pump ... This one lasted for over 30 minutes! (Which is a long time for an old guy like me!) In fact when I measured my arms (next photo), I measured at 16 5/8" (42.4 cm). I might be making some progress (but keep in mind ... I probably have about and inch of fat around the arm, too!) Overall ... It was a great workout! I did a set of 22s for our Vets and those suffering from PTSD and depression. Do a set for the cause, would ya?! It might just get you feeling good!

Good morning Fam! Did 2 km walk this morning. So I took a breather tis week due to several reasons. One positive of that is that my fitness goals/journey for this year is finally becoming clear and I am pretty excited about it - more details later. Wishing you all a fab Friday! :D
