And all this done in God’s Great Outdoor Gym, year round.

I haven’t been on here in awhile, but I’m still grinding away! I’m not as lean as I was, I’m trying to bulk a little right now and put on some more muscle. I’m currently 212.5 lbs, yhe heaviest I’ve been in 3 years. I’ll keep this going for awhile, and cut towards the end of the year. I mainly post now on Instagram, a few times a week. I hope you’re all doing well!
