Good evening guys, gosh my Monday is poof...gone 🤣. Anyway, did my 15 min metabolic workout 10 am this morning, together with my mother-in-law, went well. She's doing very well, even lost some cm from last wk. I didn't tracked my progress though, concentrating more on helping her understand everything while she's still here with us. I will get serious and official with it all after my birthday. Hope you're all having a great Monday😀👍
