Hey fitfam! So after 6 weeks total of being lax on my diet I am moving back into another cut. It was great to enjoy the "******" foods again, especially Whataburger for a week straight 😅. But lately I have just felt...bad. Last night I decided to eat a Steak, shrimp and spinach meal with no carbs and instantly felt better. Being sick for 2 weeks prior to this week didnt help either but we are getting back on it and going to finish the last 6 weeks of this 3rd cut cycle strong! 💪💪💪💚
