I believe that self discipline is the definition of self love . Do something that actually has value , if you don't know where you are going,  you don't know what it takes to get there. When you get up in the morning , don't think just roll out of bed go on your life cycle or go on a bicycle ride or goto the gym workout , you know that's what you have to do and then read something or learn something,  so Don't even think about it as soon as you think you are perfect then that's when  your screwed . I got to get better , I got to lose more weight,  I got to trim down my tummy , I got to get bigger calves ,I got to get bigger deltoids.. Listen to me you have to be careful when you hang out with average people , all they gonna do is tell you what they can't do and thats okay that they can't do it but that has absolutely nothing to do with us , we can go from being homeless and high-school drop outs , to having phds writing books and becoming the voice of a generation we can do whatever we believe we can do and we don't need anybodies Permission to do it but ours. If your not quite reaching your goals its because you didn't do everything you could do.  You have time , You make the time ! 5am crew 💪💪 Stayfit FitArmy mi amore to the Iron Brigade 💙
