Killed the shoulders, traps, and obliques workout this morning with @TBrown99 and my coworker Christian! TJ and I made 2 20lbs increases and a 30lbs increase as well. Swapped out 1 exercise due to someone on the machine but other than that it went great! Christian is doing excellent and dealing with some major DOMS but he still keeps coming back and putting the work in. The next few days should really be interesting because tomorrow will be his first time doing legs with us. Hope he doesn't have many plans that involve walking the next few days.
