Sunday: 10 AM - 12:15 PM. Pec dec superset pushups. Flat bench BB presses. Decline bench DB presses. Standing high pulley cable crossovers. High pulley fat rope pushdowns. Bench dips. Standing alternating DB bicep curls. DB concentration curls. Rack squats. Supersetting sissy squats with bar on back with leg presses. Not tired. See now alot of egg whites sitting on a spinach bed with many red potatoes. Tabasco and coffee, of course.
