I started off with hill intervals and ran out of gas at mile 4 due to poor fueling. Clearly didn’t eat enough to fuel the intensity of the workout. 🤦‍♀️ I switched up the plan and got in a lighter than usual full body lift and some hot tub time, which my right knee truly appreciated. Better luck this evening. 💪
