You might not have guessed that 8 years ago I was a 200 pound meth addict🙄😳 I remember the day specifically that I decided that's not who I wanted to be anymore. I got clean and it took me about 2 years to drop 100 pounds. It took me about another year before I learned I didn't want to be skinny either. I've been lifting for about 3 and a half years now . I had zero muscle from a decade of using drugs and I am super happy with how far I've come from the person in those first photos!
