Friday back attack was a big hit. WG pull-down machine: 3 sets @ 100, 110, 120 -- reps @ 15, 12, 10. Row machine: 3 sets @ 120, 110, 100 -- reps @ 10, 12, 15. DB pullovers: 3 x 10 @ 65. BW hyperextensions: 1 x 30. Secondary work: Traps + bi's. Smith Machine shrugs: 3 x 10 @ 185. Arm-curl machine: 3 x 25 @ 75. For newer BB friends and followers: Saturday is Jim's Chef Day each week -- prep menus for upcoming week while playing music tracks on YouTube in background. Now in 3rd year as subscriber to YouTube Premium, formerly YouTube Red. So NONE of those loud, obnoxious ads -- YAY!
