Smashed my second leg day routine this morning. After lunch, I hosted a Skype video call for my 5 and 7 hear old cousins and instructed a 30 minute "let's get active" session. Some exercises included mountain climbers, jumping jacks and high-knees. With many children spending time at home to the outbreak, it's a good opportunity to do something that will help children stay active and occupied, feel happier, more energised and optimistic while they are quarantined. Hope you are all feeling okay and are safe and sound. Keep your spirits up ❤️
