Dumbbell Delt & Trap Workout At Home | 30 Days to Build Pecs, Delts & Trap Muscles Dumbbells Only! - Today is Day 17 of the 30 Days to Build Pecs, Delts & Trap Muscles Dumbbells Only Program! Only a pair of dumbbells is needed for this entire program. The workout of the day targets the shoulders and traps. This is the next level of intensity and the intervals are now set up as 60 seconds high intensity followed by 10 seconds rest and repeated for an 11 minute circuit. Was going to rest today but read something from Jim S, and he said it is OK to train every day. Just target different muscle groups. So I am going to listen to my body- when I need to rest I will. Today I had to cut it off early due to this being a busy day at work. Had to deliver some urgent stuff. Pushed past 200K & that is good enough. Will start with Muay Thai tomorrow, and shoot for over 300K. Make it a mid-week persuasion FitFam.
