Oh yea take a look at this bad boy!! Gotta get rid of those baby blues. 🔥🦵🏼💪🏼😍 done & done ✔️ 1 more full week and I will be all caught up and get a 1 day rest day. Today is technically a rest day but skipping it and working on Arms & Abs tonight. See you all later Fitfam!!! Just had a healthy salad for lunch & think I over did it ...feeling a bit full 😝🙃

I met a therapist early this morning for a consultation about my elbow. To my relief, she did not tell me to quit training, but offered suggestions to bear through it until the show on May 29. With my new job, my workouts might be hard to come by, anyway. At least I have not been advised to quit!

I didn't work out on Saturday since I had worked 40 hours in 3 days. Wouldn't you know, Mr. Olympia Brandon Curry was in the building while I was catching zzz's. Just my luck!
