Well, what the hell?! I added some carbs to 1 pre workout meal this past week, about 150 carbs in the form of rice, and I put on 11 lbs🤬...well, carbs hold water so no doubt most is water weight, but still, a bit shocking for Friday weigh in...

Vids on IG... Seated dumbbell press up to 85's. Laterals up to 30's for sets of 20. Ez bar curls with 70 lbs for high reps. Left bicep tendon is aggrivated so I bailed on curls early today.
