Couple of weeks ago despite what felt like an awesome back / bis session.... it f*%#ed my right delt / bicep / shoulder. Something strained, has been tight, aching, painful when i attempt to do certain every day life stuff, my shoulder ‘clicky’ , restricted ROM .... have done no upper body since (until tonight) ..... not happy considering pre that i was training consistently without issues 5days a week. Tonight was a super light chest and tris session. Fingers crossed i wont wake up tomorrow in pain! Back to square one... self rehabing
