Just did week 10's weigh ins! I'm down a total 19.2lbs so far with two weeks left in this plan! My original goal was 15lbs but I've blown that out of the water and I'm super close to my next goal of 20lbs! I'm soo pumped to see what the next 2 weeks bring! 💪🏾

Going to really need to stay self disciplined and focused for the next couple of weeks at least so I can start this new fitness journey on the right track. Beinf focused and determined can be hard without the right mindset and support. Let’s see what I can do. Challenging myself and seeing what the outcome could be. On to the next.....
