Is it still only Tuesday? 😂 Rested yesterday because my everything hurt. I hit it hard on the weekends, knowing my work days can get crazy. Doing chest after work tonight; bench press, incline dumbbell bench press, flys, push-ups, etc. Make it a happy day, FitFam! ☀️

Still struggling with the app. I've been tracking on JEFIT. The app is okay, but I miss the social aspect of this site. Still hitting the gym hard. It looks like some of my workouts logged but not all. Hope all is well FitFam!

Unfortunately this is my last post here on BodySpace. For the last several months I’ve been unable to comment or even like many of y’alls’ posts and pics eventhough you’ve commented steadfastly on mine. It’s been a time wasting futile exercise in frustration here as of late. If I can’t support and comment on your posts what’s the point in being on here right?!?!?
