HappySundayFunday!!! Today’s IG thought is that I love people who are authentic and trying to be the best them that they can be. In a world of phony people and a world of copycats those are my kind of people. The workout today was a little insane. I rarely motivated by emotion when comes to working out it’s more about discipline. Today I wanted to see if the old guy still had it so I went heavy doing 45 minutes on the glider with all 7 pull-up assist bands with the Blood Flow Restrictor bands on my arms. Then heavy weight for squats, lunges and leg extensions. I’m seeing some great gains in my legs and glutes. For upper body I did chest flys and lat pulldowns with the whole stack, then tricep pushdowns with all but one of the stack and curls with all but two. Then shoulders with heavy weight as well. On another note I’m adding a short 30 second videos on my IG giving my thoughts on the positive quotes.
